- 2027 proposal: CMS-1848-P Addendum B updated 07/21/2026.
- Locality: CMS CY 2026 GPCIs; held constant into 2027 until a 2027 proposed/final GPCI file is incorporated.
- Includes 19,458 CPT/HCPCS + modifier combinations from the union of the 2026 and 2027 files.
- Includes facility/non-facility RVUs, Work RVU, PE RVU, MP RVU, QP/non-QP conversion factors, contract % of CMS, volume impact, CMS status/global indicators, and PE phase-in flags.
- CPT descriptions are intentionally not redistributed in this public widget because CPT descriptions are copyrighted by the American Medical Association.
IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
This is an educational PFS estimate. It does not model every Medicare payment adjustment or payment system, including sequestration, MIPS, MPPR, OPPS imaging caps, bilateral/multiple-procedure reductions, anesthesia methodology, Part B drugs/DME paid outside the standard PFS, or proposed same-day/global-policy changes.
UPDATING THE TOOL
The visual/front-end code does not need to be redesigned when CMS publishes revised/final files. The embedded data block can be regenerated from the final 2027 RVU/GPCI files and the same interface can be retained.
